At mycomfylinens.com, we take quality and service seriously. Should you encounter any issues with any of our Home quality hotel linen products, please apply for a return. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

All Home orders will be shipped within 1 business days of order receipt as long as the items are in stock. Processing hours are from 8:30am - 1pm Eastern Standard Time. We offer Free US ground shipping *courtesy of mycomfylinens.com on all orders of $25 or more after promotional discounts and before tax, to continental USA.

Our shipping carrier is FedEx. For home delivery they will ship packages Monday-Friday. Our FedEx packages will not be delivered on the weekends.

mycomfylinens.com at Home Product Return Process

Please follow these rules if you need to return any of our hotel linen products.

> You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
> All return requests are initiated by phone. Your return MUST be called in at (800-526-7458). You will need to provide your order number from the invoice or product packing slip to the customer support representative.
> When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. mycomfylinens.com will not be responsible for any item lost in shipment.
> The customer must inform mycomfylinens.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product’s warranty and the RGA policy.
> All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
> Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return if we have stock.
> mycomfylinens.com reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
> Only 1 return per order will be honored, that includes even exchanges on previous orders.

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return items sold by mycomfylinens.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don’t have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RGA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories.

Items Not Accepted for Return

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
> Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
>  Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
> Sale Items are not be accepted for returns.
> Items returned without first calling in to (800) 526.7458. You will need to provide the order number that was given on the packaging slip to the customer support representative.
> The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping to mycomfylinens.com

Canceled Orders or Address Errors

After you have clicked “Submit Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
